Water aerobics for Pregnancy and Mothers

- The hydrostatic pressure helps you circulation, varicose veins and swelling
- It is a safe and effective way to exercise if you have back pain or pelvic joint problems
- We emphasise the important exercises, your deep abdominals and pelvic floor muscles
- After childbirth it is safe to commence at 6 weeks
- You do not need to be able to swim
