Inner Strength for Pregnancy classes
Indoor Inner Strength for Pregnancy classes:
- Are a great way to commence or continue exercise during your pregnancy
- Are fun, safe and suit all levels of fitness
- Have small numbers for individual attention, helping you achieve your individual goals
- Are based around inner strength - pelvic floor/abdominals.
- Include low impact aerobics, fitball, targeted strengthening and stretches.
- Will help you feel stronger, minimize aches and pains, and improve your body balance
- Are useful for the prevention of pain, and incontinence
- Are designed by physiotherapists to physically prepare you for childbirth and motherhood
- Wear runners and cool, loose and comfortable clothing
