Inner Strength for Mothers classes
Indoor Inner Strength for Mothers classes:
- Will help you move well and get back into shape after childbirth
- Have small numbers for individual attention, helping you achieve your individual goals
- We focus on posture, inner strength- pelvic floor / abdominals, and body awareness
- We also complete some gentle aerobics, fitball, stretches and strengthening exercises
- Will help you feel stronger, increase your energy and self esteem
- Are well supervised by the physiotherapist and tailored to your needs
- Wear runners and cool, loose and comfortable clothing
