Post natal outdoor exercise class for Mothers:- This is a baby friendly exercise group so you can bring your baby in the pram or sling
- It is run outdoors and is a great way to meet other new mums!
- It is a fun way to get you back into exercise gradually and safely after having a baby
- All exercise is initially gentle and progressed at an achievable level
- You will recover faster from pregnancy and birth
- You will improve your strength and fitness.
- Your body will adapt to the physical demands of looking after a baby!
- You will do all the important exercises; your pelvic floor, core stability, back care and posture.
