Riverside Reserve next to John Landy Athletics track, Barwon Tce, South Geelong
(at the end of Bellarine street, or off Moorabool street.
Park on street (gravel next to field), or on gravel driveway next to fenced
athletics track.

What time:
Be ready to start at 10am. If it is your first session, please arrive a
little earlier so the physio can go through your health clearance form with you.
What to bring:
- Completed health clearance form
- Drink Bottle with water
- Pram
- Hat/sunscreen/insect repellent for yourself and baby
- Any medication you might need (eg. Asthma pump)
- Anything your baby may require (eg. Rug, toys, food etc)
What happens if I have to attend to my baby during the class?
- Of course you can attend to all your baby’s needs during the class. You will be with your baby during the whole class. We also try to involve your baby in some exercises at times. If you like, try to feed your baby before the class, to ensure you can get the most out of it.
What happens if the weather is bad?
- We aim to exercise in most conditions. Dress yourself and your baby appropriately (eg. rug up if it is cold, bring the rain cover for the pram and a jacket for yourself)
- If the temperature is forecast to be over 32 degrees then the class will be cancelled. You will be sent an SMS text message at around 9am to confirm the cancellation.
- In the case of significant rain, the class will be cancelled. You will be sent an SMS text message at around 9am to confirm the cancellation.
How do I pay?
- Registration and Payment is required before you attend the first class
- Payment can be completed over the phone or in person at Inner Strength
