At Inner Strength Physiotherapy, we understand that exercise is difficult when you are a parent. We also know that exercise is important for the health of both you and your baby as being active can help prevent health problems and reduce your child's risk of obesity.
We know that in and around pregnancy lasting changes occur in your body

- Pelvic floor and deep abdominal control during exercise is vital and difficult

When
- We advise that our classes can be started either after 12weeks or after your first ultrasound in your pregnancy and continued throughout
- You can take as little as six weeks rest after the birth
- It’s never too late to start

- We base all exercise around pelvic floor, core stability, back care and posture
- We include stretches, strength and stabilisation

Fitbellies details
- You don’t need a referral
- Classes run in blocks of 6 weeks (once a week)
- Payment confirms your place (no refund for non attendance to Indoor classes)
- Small numbers for individual attention.
- Classes run for around 50 minutes.
- Rebates for private health insurance apply subject to level of your cover
For your first Fitbellies class
- Ensure you have completed the relevant health clearance form
- Ensure you have eaten a small amount before exercise eg. Banana
- Come 10 minutes early to the first class
- Bring a small towel and water bottle

Our attendance and cancellation policy is:
We need at least 12 hours notice for any rescheduling.
If we do not get 12 hours notice, your class will be forfeited as will the right to a make up class.
