Lisa Berry
Remedial Massage Therapist
Lisa studied remedial massage at the Australian College of Massage after working for many years as a social worker.
Her background in child and family wellbeing has given her the opportunity to work closely with many women and families. This has highlighted for her the importance of supporting and maintaining both the physical and emotional health of women throughout all phases of life.
Kellie Cook
Infant/Baby Massage Instructor
Kellie knows first-hand the benefits of baby massage. As a gift to celebrate the birth of her first child, she was given a gift voucher to learn baby massage. It proved such a simple, natural and invaluable tool in her early days as a new parent. Kellie was so impressed by her firsthand experience relating to the benefits of baby massage with her own children that she decided to leave her career in law and studied to become an accredited baby massage instructor.
Kellie enjoys working with families at such an exciting and challenging time in their lives. The feedback she has had from parents, especially those with babies who have benefited from her wind and colic routine, has reinforced her decision to leave law at this stage in her life.
Sandy Leathem
Feldenkrais Practitioner, Physiotherapist
Sandy brings 35 years and a wealth of lived experience to her teachings which are a direct application of The Feldenkrais Method. She offers a fresh new and revolutionary approach to access your brain’s innate ability to change itself and grow new links and pathways free of body tension, discomfort and pain or loss of confidence and self worth.
She is known for her down-to-earth wisdom and tell-it-like-it-is style with a mix of humor and brings a razor-sharp insight to her teachings.
Sandy’s passion is to empower women of all ages and stages to debunk the ‘myth of aging’ that all too frequently results in a loss of freedom and joy. No matter where you are in life, you cannot afford to give up on activities and skill sets you once enjoyed due to pain and limitation.
Sandy’s basic common sense trainings guide you to gently re-discover how to move and sit comfortably, continue to play your favorite sport or musical instrument, garden, walk, dance, sing and play or to simply roll over in bed freely and easily regardless of your present experiences!
